We are bringing back the Version 2 of the most celebrated variety by Silkroute to salvation.

The Double Dalai V2.

In 2022 we released the Double Dalai for the first time by making selection from the F1 Gen. which went to yield some of the most exceptional plants all the way till F5 where we chose to discontinue the line.

After, which we embarked on a quest to improve upon it and to create something that would top Double Dalai Version 1. In every aspect.
Hence, we attempted to sculpt this variety a bit differently in terms of the structure and effects. The V1 mainly expressed short/squat plants with by and large sedative effects. However, For V2 we have narrowed down a few different females all with tall lanky structures reminiscent of its Burmese lineage but with a short flowering term of 8-9 weeks.
We continued steering this line towards that tropical varieties like expression as far as we could without loosing the short flowering term of 56-63 days, making it a good choice for both colder Higher latitudes where snow sets in early in the season and also at more tropical settings with warmer/hotter and humid climates.

The F1 selection we made for the Version 2 Also featured a lot more colour on the leaves which got even more accentuated within the F2 gen. We wanted to test out the F2 population so to ascertain that not only we are delivering a high percentage (70%) quintessential Double Dalai expression with green leaves and purple/magenta buds which is the hallmark of Double Dalai in addition to it we are also bringing back some of the other lesser purple expressions in smaller proportions for everyone to enjoy and truly appreciate its lineage that encompasses 4 different landrace varieties in an impeccable mix.

Characteristics and Expression

By revisiting the F1 generation and making the selections all over again to achieve plants with exceptional vigour and aesthetics.
While the vigour encompasses aspects like intensity of aromas, quality of effects, increased resistance towards pests and diseases, ease of growing and better yields and the aesthetics presents itself in the form of unmatched appearance, and also a mark of modern day breeding that goes beyond the shadows of conventional goals.

Double Dalai V2. Will produce plants with exceptional vigour that will outpace any variety in vegetative growth period and will flower faster (8 weeks) however with a tall stare and 3-4X stretch to give you a plant that stretches like an equatorial variety but flowers fast like a short flowering variety (afghanica)

It also features an exotic blend of aromas that includes deep floral tones resembling rose wine and wild flowers while the other end of the profile is held by more acrid type of aromas closer to solvent, pine and hot spices.
The effects are dreamy and uplifting and simply poetic in the way it slowly creeps up from your spine into your mind and the body. Its induces a slow burner high that takes its time to come up fully but when it does its a very dreamy and uplifting high.
